We treat accuracy as a non-negotiable. When a reader or staff member identifies an error, we investigate and correct it promptly.
Our process
- You report the issue (contact hello@coffeemachinesreviews.com, ideally with a page link and source).
- We verify independently — if we can't verify, we say so rather than guess.
- Errors get corrected, and clear corrections with dates are added where material.
- Recurring issues get fixed at a systems level so they don't happen again.
Corrections, not rewrites
We keep a visible corrections note on materially mistaken pages rather than silently rewriting history. Small typo fixes may not be annotated.
