Performance Testing
Judged on flexibility, unbeatable: pod cup at 7am, iced concentrate at noon, full carafe for guests — one machine, no reconfiguration beyond the adapter. In the cup, Rich mode gets closest to properly-extracted drip but still reads slightly thin against the Bonavita. The Specialty setting's 4oz concentrate over ice with milk is legitimately good and the feature owners use most.
