The Magnifica Evo is the cheapest machine we recommend for one-touch bean-to-cup coffee. De'Longhi stripped the spec sheet — panel buttons instead of a screen, a manual frothing wand on the base model — but kept what matters: a proper conical grinder, 15-bar extraction, and the removable brew group that makes De'Longhis so easy to live with.

The panarello-style wand produces bubbly cappuccino foam easily; remove its sleeve and, with practice, you can pull genuine microfoam a one-touch system can't match.
